ISO 29993:2017 - Learning Services For Non-Formal Education And Training

ISO 29993:2017 specifies requirements for learning services outside formal education, including all types of lifelong learning (eg. Vocational training and in-company training). ISO 29993 provides a generic frame of reference by specifying various elements for optimum service delivery and to meet the intended objectives of the learning programme.
