NEA - Safety Management of Hazardous Substances (SMHS) Audit
 
The Safe Management of Hazardous Substances (SMHS) Audit is a mandatory audit under NEA requirement that allows companies to systematically identify and rectify weaknesses in their management systems and practices of handling hazardous chemicals. 
The permit holders of hazardous substances under the SMHS audit scheme of NEA are required to conduct an own (in-house)/ third party Safe Management of Hazardous Substances (SMHS) Audit once every two years.
