  1. Senior management must make a commitment to change the company’s culture and play a role in raising the company’s WSH capabilities,  

  2. Management to set clear and concrete goals and ensure sufficient resources for establishment of effective WSH management systems and processes,

  3. Management to communicate the goals/ targets to employees and stakeholders to ensure alignment of the same goals,   

  4. To identify the industry’s and company’s key workplace safety & health challenges, and to analyze holistically how does individual risk factors impact each other,  

  5. To eliminate risks wherever possible and implement measures to control the risks,   

  6. To review and monitor progress to ensure that your company’s goals and targets are still relevant and is on track to achieve its goals.
