The Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO 14001:2004 standard specifies a process for the control and the continuous improvement of an organisation’s environmental performance. SC (UK) is accredited by UKAS for ISO 14001, and SCS has obtained accreditation for ISO 14001 from the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC).


Transition from ISO 14001:2004 to ISO 14001:2015

The ISO Technical Committee has revised the existing ISO 14001:2004 standard to ISO 14001:2015. The ISO 14001:2015 standard was officially published on 15th September 2015. Therefore, companies certified to ISO 14001:2004 are given three years to transit.
